Health Education & Coaching Director provides supervision and direction to a team responsible for providing proactive healthcare education and coaching to plan members. Develops and implements various health education programs and materials designed for plan enrollees, employers, and providers. Being a Health Education & Coaching Director monitors, assesses, and reviews educational programs for effectiveness. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Health Education & Coaching Director typically reports to senior management. The Health Education & Coaching Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Health Education & Coaching Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Behavioral Technician

    Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of students?


    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate individualized interventions to clients as outlined in the treatment plan.
    • Respond to crisis situations. Complete significant incident reports when needed.
    • Participate in treatment team meetings, core meetings, CASSP meetings, etc. when requested.
    • Transfer therapeutic skills to educational staff and family.
    • Participate in CASSP, treatment plan meeting, etc., when directed by supervisor.
    • Communicate regularly with families and school staff.
    • Complete COS's with families.
    • Attend supervisions and complete clinical notes.
    • Will perform other duties as directed by the Mobile Therapist and/or Director of the IBHS Program.

    Qualifications

    • Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
    • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
    • Experience providing behavioral health services to youth
    • Pennsylvania State Police Clearance
    • Child Abuse Clearance
    • FBI Fingerprinting
    • School Health Form: Physical and Tuberculosis Test
    • Pennsylvania Department of Education Form 6004: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification
