Job Description:

Coach Dragonberg is looking for a Personal Assistant to help with social media engagement, marketing, and creating video content to help develop the company brand. The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and experience with graphic and video editing. This position will work closely alongside Coach Dragonberg, and so the ideal candidate should be extroverted, caring, optimistic, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Directly assist Coach Dragonberg with video content creation, including recording, editing, and publishing.
• Work with Coach Dragonberg to create and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and connect with prospective clients.
• Help to moderate all social media and user-generated content so that it is in line with the company vision and philosophy.
• Help to improve marketing campaigns by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Requirements:

• Work on-site with Coach Dragonberg in shifts ranging from 2 to 4 hours.
• Expected hours per week: 10 - 20
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Extroverted, Caring, Optimistic, and Detail Oriented
• Fluent in English

Preferred:

• Experience working in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Social networking experience and understanding of social analytic tools
• Bachelor’s degree or higher either completed or in progress in Communications, Marketing, Business, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
