Position Overview

Operations Director- Responsibly assist with the supervision and monitoring of the Community Health Centers. Will effectively carry out the Networks Policies and Procedures while communicating managements goals and objectives for productivity, morale and safe operation of the individual sites.

Location and Hours of Position

Dayton Way Health Center in Sharon, PA

8:30am-5:00pm with some evening availability and after hours as needed.

Education/Experience Requirements

• LPN license required for Medical sites; RN license preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in the healthcare field. Minimum of one (1) year management experience required.
• Previous experience in a community health center is preferred.
