Health Educator is responsible for developing and designing health education programs meant to increase community awareness and knowledge. Conducts needs assessments and keeps up-to-date on changes in health care technology to keep program material current. Being a Health Educator develops, coordinates, and disseminates educational resources and materials. May provide health education outreach and consultation. Additionally, Health Educator requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Health Educator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     • Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.

    • Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app. 

    • Uphold merchandising brand guidelines.



    Job Knowledge, Skills, Requirements

    • 2 years experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer
    • Excellent retail selling and education background
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proven team player
    • Professional conduct in-store
    • Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications 
    • Passion for people 
    • Passion for education 
    • Passion for the retail community 
    • Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
    • Must have a cell phone
    • Must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs
