T he IMG Education Coordinator is the teacher, clinical resource, practitioner, consultant and change agent for the clinical areas. Collaborating with the employees and providing management of the clinical area; the IMG Education Coordinator is responsible for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of employee educational needs. Serves as a role model for all levels of employees. The position will divide time spent in clinical areas and time spent in classroom.
