We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities.  The Whole Health Director will be responsible for the strategic program planning, program development, program implementation, and ongoing evaluation of multiple programs aimed at pro-active, member-driven, and member-centered care, while promoting health and well-being at the Walton Whole Health Facility. The Director also maintains expertise in the ability to consult on a wide range of complementary and integrative health practices and initiatives that include nutrition, mindfulness, stress reduction, movement, community resources, and complementary approaches. This individual coordinates program planning and delivery in collaboration with client and site stakeholders; ensures full integration throughout all lines of client business. Key Accountabilities: Oversees all programming within the Whole Health business unit and develops, coordinates, manages, implements, and evaluates programs within whole health to maximize participation, outcomes and customer satisfaction and supervision of programs, services and staff.  Ensures staff are properly trained and certified.  Interacts directly with client liaison to ensure alignment of the Whole Health vision across business units. Facilitates the close alignment of programs with the client’s business needs employee culture and corporate health strategies. Coordinates marketing of programs to maximize outreach and engagement. Oversees the scheduling, engagement, delivery of all Whole Health programming and supervision of the facilitators delivering Whole Health programming.  Integrates effectively and seamlessly with Walton Family Whole Health Facility partners, community and client resources to maximize program exposure. Facilitate recovery modalities as needed in the recovery suite and/or reception of the recovery space. Gathers program outcomes data and measures results; evaluates and reports on program effectiveness in meeting objectives and makes recommendations for future program enhancements or modifications.  Collect and evaluate appropriate program data to support the Whole Health strategy; manages and reports data for their respective areas. Consults on mind/body programming and group classes. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring with you: Minimum 5 years related industry experience, including program management in wellness, health improvement or related environment. Demonstrated experience in the areas of program development and implementation, data collection and analysis and outcomes reporting. Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, Health Education or related field. Two or more years of experience in delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion/education programs, or equivalent combination of education or related experience. Experience in the areas of health promotion, health education, health coaching, nutrition, mindfulness as related to program design, program delivery, implementation, and evaluation. Current OSHA compliant Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety & Health Institue or National Safety Council. Preferred: Nutrition certification or MTS certification and continuing education in stretch/flexibility/recovery.  Certified Health Education Specialist or wellness coaching certification. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.  Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.  Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with all business units.
