    Enterprise Health is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Configuration Analyst to join our team and assist in the configuration, client requests, and documentation of workflows. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth implementation and operation of our software, supporting client needs, and documenting workflows for efficient use of the system.

    1. Configuration Management : Assist in the configuration and setup of our employee health software for clients, ensuring that it aligns with their specific requirements and workflows. Collaborate with senior advisors and software engineers to implement client-specific configurations accurately.


    2. Client Requests: Respond to client inquiries and requests regarding the functionality and usage of Enterprise Health. Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and offer solutions to ensure client satisfaction and effective utilization of the software. Collaborate with software development on client specific requests and custom development work.


    3. Workflow Documentation: Document and maintain comprehensive workflows and user guides for Enterprise Health. Ensure that the documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible to both internal teams and clients.


    4. Data Analysis Support: Assist senior advisors in analyzing and identifying data needs against workflow and configuration. Assist integration team in workflow validation for interfaced data. Provide support in data cleansing, data validation, and quality assurance to ensure accurate and reliable analysis results.


    5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on the software configurations, workflows, and client-specific requests to ensure accuracy and functionality. Identify and report any bugs, errors, or issues via our incident management system.


    6. Training: Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for clients on the usage and functionality of our employee health software. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing questions and clarifying procedures to enhance their understanding and utilization of the software.


    7. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data analysts, consultants, and client services, to understand client needs and contribute to the improvement of our employee health software.


    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.

    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and documentation purposes.

    • Basic understanding of databases and SQL, with the ability to query and manipulate data.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Knowledge of employee health programs or healthcare industry practices is a plus.
