RN Case Manager - Home Health

We are currently partnered with one of the region's top health networks seeking full time, permanent Home Health RN's to join their Home Health Division in the Lancaster County, PA area.

Open to any Acute Care/Sub-Acute Care RN's who may be interested in getting out of the hospital setting for a better work/life balance, OR experienced Home Health RN's looking for a change.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30a-5p
• One weekend a month
• Visiting anywhere from 5/6 patients per day in their homes
• Adult/geriatric patient population

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $37 - $43/hr base (depending on RN experience)
• Mileage reimbursement
• Extensive medical coverage for employees and families
• Up to $8,000/yr toward continuing education

Qualifications:

• PA Licensed Registered Nurse
• 2-3 years' acute care experience
• COVID vaccine required
