Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the health services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to individuals with developmental disabilities - Develop and implement programs and services that promote the overall well-being and independence of individuals - Supervise and provide guidance to a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and support staff - Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated care and effective communication - Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operations of the health services department - Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments as needed to improve quality of care - Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in healthcare administration Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, social work) - Proven experience in program management, administrative roles, or related positions - Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Knowledge of behavioral health principles and best practices - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations is highly desirable - Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Experience in program development and evaluation We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,555.00 - $95,755.00 per year
