Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspections and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality control will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Utilize various measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure accurate measurements
- Inspect fabricated parts and components for defects or deviations from specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
