Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products with industry standards and regulations. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in identifying any defects or deviations from specifications. This is a critical role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various inspection tools and equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges, to measure dimensions and verify product specifications
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Analyze test results, records, and data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, quality systems, and CGMP standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of all inspections performed
- Participate in internal and external audits as required
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, quality assurance principles, and quality management systems
- Ability to fabricate inspection fixtures or tools as needed
- Proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
