We are looking for full-time Inspectors for our Milan and Rock Island, IL locations to perform a variety of duties involved in the inspection of our OEM Cast production parts:

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to

• 1st piece, in process, and final inspection of parts.
• Calibration and verification of measuring tools like micrometers, dial bore gages, calipers, and custom gages.
• Documentation and recording of inspections and calibrations.
• Review and disposition of non-conforming parts

Skills and abilities required

• 3yrs Experience Minimum
• Can operate CMMs and/or Romer arms.
• Experience using measuring devices (calipers, bore gages, surface testers, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Advanced blue print reading.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds short distances.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours.

The following skills and abilities would be a plus

• Programming of CMMs and Romer arms.
• PPAP experience.
