AMT Inc., has an immediate opening for a Casting Inspector in our Sharon Springs, NY facility.
The position is full-time hourly on our day shift. The position is primarily responsible for the visual inspection of castings per applicable specifications and work instructions. Person is responsible for defect identification and determining the acceptance or rejection of a casting based on specific inspection criteria.
Candidates must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Investment casting experience is not required; however, anyone with a previous background with product inspection, non-destructive testing, quality assurance, manufacturing, or operations is encouraged to apply.
