Our client, in the Manufacturing Industry, is seeking an Inspector to join their team. This is a Full-Time job opportunity in New Castle, PA

Pay Rate: $22-$26/hr,

Position type: Contract -potential to Hire

Work Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift available

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Verifies physical properties and size of materials such as plates, sheets, structural shapes, castings, forgings, dies, fixtures, and work produced by fabricating machines.
• Performs visual inspection for rough edges, cracks, and appearance.
• Identifies parts for acceptance or rejection.
• Utilizes hand tools to measure dimensions per specification. (Calipers, Micrometers, Machinist Scale, Tape Measure)

Education and/or Experience: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LPT Certification is a preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
