JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of individual locations within our dual diagnosis behavioral health agency in Ohio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities, maintaining high standards of care, and implementing effective strategies to enhance service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. **Operational Management:** Oversee the daily operations of individual treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
2. **Team Leadership:** Supervise and support site managers and staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
3. **Quality Assurance:** Monitor and maintain high standards of care and service delivery. Address any areas of concern and implement improvements as necessary.
4. **Compliance and Reporting:** Ensure all locations comply with healthcare regulations and standards, particularly those related to dual diagnosis treatment. Prepare and present regular performance reports.
5. **Budget Management:** Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation across locations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
6. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Liaise with healthcare professionals, government agencies, and community organizations to advocate for the needs of the agency and its clients.
7. **Crisis Management:** Respond to emergencies and critical situations, providing leadership and direction to staff to ensure client safety and continuity of care.
8. **Program Development:** Collaborate in the development and implementation of new programs and services, focusing on innovative treatments and best practices in dual diagnosis care.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field or Master’s preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership and operational experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on behavioral health or dual diagnosis treatment.
- Strong understanding of Ohio's healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
