Position Overview: As the Software Sales Operations Director, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our software sales process. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall performance of our sales organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of sales operations processes.
• Manage sales systems and tools, ensuring they are correctly implemented and utilized to support sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing, discounting, and contract negotiation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including training materials, playbooks, and tools.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales operations, incorporating new methodologies and technologies as appropriate. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or Aerospace Technologies.
• Five years experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
