With the responsibility of overseeing multiple remote teams, this position will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills and engage with a diverse audience spanning all functions of the organization, including executive management. As the Senior Director, Operations Finance, you will have the opportunity to:Serve as a collaborative financial counsel, coach, and business partner by connecting operational and financial objectives and offering impactful expertise and insight.Partner with the Chief Operations Officer and team to develop and drive strategies, plans, and budgetes to drive sustainable growth.Effectively interprets financial results for non-financial executives, providing clear and concise insights to support informed decision-making.Lead and oversee multiple teams, assuming direct responsibility for all financial aspects of operations.
