Job Duties:
- Effectively service clients within the assigned book of business
- Maintain current clientele and generate future business
- Work closely with the insured to assess their needs and interface with the internal agent to underwrite accounts
- Must be able to provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of recent Personal Lines Account Manager or Customer Service experience
