The Marketing Manager will handle business development in the assigned territory, ensuring that market share, revenues, and profits are maximized through the development of new referral relationships, to include residential and commercial real estate attorneys, lenders, realtors, and builders.
Position Highlights:- Understand ITIC’s marketing strategy, products, and services and cross sell ITIC’s ancillary services.
- Participate in professional organizations and attend functions to market company’s services and build relationships.
- Participate in attorney and paralegal continuing education seminars and conduct lender and realtor training.
- Maintain awareness and identify changes in the market place, strategies, initiatives, and new products of competitors.
- Ensure consistent communication with office managers with regard to the market, customer feedback, marketing initiatives, and pending file issues.
- Provide and document information necessary for ITIC’s Risk Management team to review and identify potential risks.
Position Qualifications:- Four-year college degree or equivalent training and experience
- Paralegal, real estate, mortgage, or banking experience preferred
- 3-5 years sales and marketing experience with a special focus on relationship building
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, to include public speaking
- Ability to travel assigned territory
