The Operations Manager is responsible for HealthLinkNow' s (HLN) organizational processes and operations for any new leads, new business, and existing business ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-quality delivery of services. The Operations Manager additionally oversee the performance, efficiencies, and satisfaction of the new and existing business. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing providers, developing, and maintaining relationships with the providers, and addressing providers inquires and concerns. In this role, strategic planning, collaboration and problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders will be the key to success. Must be able to develop and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the overall success of the business. This includes but is not limited to; regularly productive check-ins with the stakeholders regarding the accounts, managing client accounts and alleviate concerns. Also, monitoring and tracking trends to produce ways to improve our practice, ability to act quickly to resolve problems, the ability to navigate priorities to meet the needs of the stakeholders.
