About the Role:
In this role, you will review, analyze, underwrite, and present with appropriate recommendations for applications on multifamily or other commercial real estate (CRE) loans secured by first mortgages on investor owned (non-owner occupied) properties. You will perform necessary property and borrower due diligence to ensure analysis of projects and proposed loans are consistent with underwriting guidelines established by Bank. Typical loan size ranges from $500,000 to $10,000,000.

The pay range for this role is $89,302.00 - $153,088.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
