Signet Health has an immediate opening for a Director of Behavioral Health (LCSW, LPC) at our senior adult intensive outpatient program in Olney, Texas. You must be licensed in Texasto be considered for this position.

Signet Health offers a robust compensation package with a starting salary range between $78,000 - $82,000.00 as well as a generous sign-on bonus.

Your primary day to day responsibilities will be:

• Managing the day to day operations of the program.
• Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote /foster the growth and reputation of the program.
• Providing both group and individual therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas license as Masters level social worker or counselor; Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Experience in working with hospital based group programs, and senior adult.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Trauma treatment with EMDR experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
