The Underwriter will work a hybrid schedule in the Woodbury, NY office.
Our Underwriters are responsible for managing and growing a book of profitable New York Construction business consisting of Commercial General Liability and Excess Liability insurance policies. This role requires experience and judgement to analyze acceptability of risk, rate, quote, bind and service policies within underwriting guidelines while retaining producer relationships.

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The base pay range for this position will be $70,000-$125,000/year. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
