Job Summary:
Monitors Business Development performance and is accountable for business goals of improving loyalty, customer satisfaction, and referral volume and revenue generation in line with the organization’s business strategy. Promotes services consultatively, determines customer’s needs and requirements and makes recommendations to both referring and non-referring physicians and customers of the various solutions the organization can offer physician practices. Assures brand management is appropriately executed.
