Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000
• Health Insurance – Employee: $60.50 - $77.50 per pay period.

Responsibilities

• Four Days Per Week
• Recommend and Implement Use of Evidence-Based Practices Within Clinical Services.
• Evidence-Based Practices experience a must.
• Serves as a member of the Senior Management Team.
• Develop New Models of Treatment.
• Ensure that the Most Effective Treatment Approaches are Utilized.
• Lead and Guide Providers to Ensure Excellence in Clinical Outcomes.

Requirements

• Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Family Therapy.
• Experience in Mental Health Treatment, Substance Abuse Treatment.
• Previous Strategy, Operations and Clinically Relevant Experience Preferred.
