Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is currently recruiting for a full-time seasoned Nurse Manager to manage the psychiatric inpatient services (adolescent and adult units) for an 80-bed program at Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital in Greensboro, NC.
We offer benefits, generous PTO, and a starting salary range of $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, depending on qualifications/experience.
The Nurse Manager reports to the Behavioral Health Executive Director at the Facility and the Senior Director of Nursing at the main hospital. Candidate has accountability for managing resources, (human, material and financial) and to ensure quality, cost-effective delivery of services for the inpatient population. This person is recognized as a professional role model and promotes an environment that supports the goals, mission, vision, philosophy, and values of the behavioral health unit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Directs development and implementation of quality and utilization standards across the continuum of care to ensure coordinated plans of treatment, patient focused delivery of services and cost-effective utilization of necessary services. Builds trust with the nursing staff through visibility.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of professional nursing management experience in an inpatient, hospital-based psychiatric setting.
Must be flexible to adjust to the needs of a fast-paced environment, demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, and display proficient oral/written communication skills. Candidates must possess an active North Carolina RN license or be eligible for endorsement. Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) is strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree is required.
