Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager Behavioral Health will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of the 20-bed inpatient adult psychiatric unit. The Nurse Manager Behavioral Health provides direct clinical supervision, manages department staffing and scheduling, leads a team of 45 direct reports, maintains oversight of department patient flow, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, assists with department projects, helps the Director with department budgets, and participates in various committees throughout the organization.
