Health and Safety Administrator is responsible for identifying hazardous workplace conditions. Takes samples and measurements of hazardous materials, and coordinates the removal of physical, biological and chemical hazards. Being a Health and Safety Administrator trains employees on safety, company policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to employee safety. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state health and safety regulations and ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines. Additionally, Health and Safety Administrator participates in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Health and Safety Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.     SAFETY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR:

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    As our Safety Program Administrator, you will work closely with our safety team and be in a key support role that will oversee, track, and report on the member safety trainings and safety incentive programs for Pape’. With your support, Pape’ can ensure they are not only in safety compliance, but also ensure members are properly trained in an effort to keep them safe while working.

    Your daily activities will consist of maintaining and processing online training programs and member training records, as well as following up on missing or incomplete member trainings. This will require building relationships with various members and working across multiple departments to gather necessary information. Additionally, you will be responsible for the tracking of the Pape’ Safety Incentive Program for all locations, and providing all requested safety and training information to various websites and companies as requested.

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Primarily Excel and Word): Create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations. Utilize advanced features to enhance productivity.
    • Logic-Based Problem Solving: Analyze situations, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions. Apply critical thinking to streamline processes.
    • Familiarity with Safety Programs/Processes: Collaborate with our safety team to implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
    • Attention to Detail: Review reports, documents, and data entries meticulously. Identify discrepancies and follow appropriate procedures for corrections.
    • Reporting Systems/Report Generation: Compile and generate regular reports for leadership teams, 3rd party partners, and internal audits. Present data in a clear and concise manner.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Interact with colleagues, members, and vendors professionally. Communicate effectively via email, phone, and in-person.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Pro: Edit and create PDF documents using Adobe Pro. Convert files, add annotations, and manage digital forms.
    • Problem-Solving Enthusiast: Enjoy tackling unique challenges and understanding the underlying reasons behind processes. Propose innovative solutions.

    Compensation: $25-30/hr (Depending on Experience)
