Operations Administrator (Timekeeper)

The qualified applicant will have direct interaction with industrial operations and accounting staffs including but not limited to; A/P, A/R, Payroll and Project Management. Ensures proper timekeeping and billing for assigned projects for Industrial Operations.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Comply with Client’s timekeeping, and data entry procedures and practices.
• Consolidate time information from multiple time sheet sources.
• Identify discrepancies and exceptions in time submitted and assist in the corrections process with Payroll.
• Review time for accuracy and assure proper cost allocation is being caried out.
• Reconcile time sheets to time shown in TRACK or other client systems.
• Enter time corrections based on reconciliation.
• Creating reports in Excel using data from TRACK and other sources
• Generate labor hours reports
• Administrative support to operations/fleet management
• Provides administrative support to Operations Manager

Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED
• Two years of timekeeping and administrative duties
• Some experience with TRACK or other timekeeping software desired
• Experience working with data entry
• Experience working in a downstream or chemical refining environment preferred
• Experience in MS Excel, MS Word, and other accounting software a plus
• Willing to take on tasks outside your normal work set as needed
• Organized and efficient
