Verifies compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines. Being a Health and Safety Manager manages the participation in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Health and Safety Manager acts as advisor to health and safety administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree in Health, Safety and Environment. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Three (3) years minimum experience as an HSE Manager in a medium to heavy industrial | manufacturing environment.
Professional designations such as but not limited to Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Occupational Safety and Health Officer (COSHO) highly desired.
Fluency in English is a minimum requirement.
This role will be ONSITE out of the Cressona, PA facility.
