Your Role: Compensation Analyst

As a Compensation Analyst at our esteemed medical facility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive salaries and employee benefits. You'll conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate job positions, benchmark compensation ranges, and recommend changes to enhance our compensation and benefits structure.

What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in Compensation Analysis: Bring your specialized knowledge of compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary ranges and benefits packages.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills to assess market trends, survey data, and internal job classifications.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize your proficiency with HRIS, Excel, and standard MS Office suite to conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Compliance Knowledge: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations governing employee compensation, benefits, and privacy standards.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Customer Service Orientation: Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Autonomous Work: Ability to work independently with limited supervision while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. CCP Certification preferred.
• Experience: One to three years of experience as a compensation analyst required, along with three to five years of Human Resources experience.
