Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing client accounts and projects within our proprietary TMS software. The specialist ensures understanding of strategic goals, objectives, and timelines of each project within their scope. The Implementation Specialist will also perform software demonstrations and assist the sales team with pricing and proposals. The specialist will develop a comprehensive implementation project plans suitable to each client they are supporting. Education or Experiences:
Bachelors or equivalent experience

Carry out tracking and delivery of assigned projects
Ensure that all requisite system enhancements relative to the new business are in place and operating effectively
Assess and aid in development of system and application enhancements according to business and implementation needs
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
Appropriately and effectively manage client expectations
Assist in on-boarding and training
Assist or develop training documents and other supporting materials
Responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions
