    CW-SS is currently searching for a full-time Program Analyst/Consultant to work for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), under the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) to maximize innovation efforts.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Actively participate on deliverables of VHA innovative efforts.
    • Execute client ideas.
    • Act autonomously on multiple projects and provide status updates proactively, without needing to be prompted.
    • Perform project activities and draft deliverables.
    • Prepare materials for client meetings and briefings.
    • Ensure work and written materials meet contract requirements and quality standards prior to submittal for the Project Manager’s review.
    • Prepare, maintain, review, and revise program documentation necessary to implement the client's missions.
    • Directly support the client to include briefings, outreach, annual report (SOI) documentation, project management, tracking metrics, monitoring progress, etc.
    • Provide training support- documenting standard operating procedures and facilitating training modules.
    • Provide and document monthly reporting in the project repository.
    • Meeting support for events, both virtual and in-person.
    • Provide executive-level status updates on weekly contract sync with the Government Leads

    Key Responsibilities

    • Compile and send out weekly meeting agendas and track action items.
    • Become a trusted member of the innovation team.
    • Communicate often and effectively throughout the entire project lifecycle.
    • Help build pathways for innovation projects to flourish.
    • Complete ad hoc tasks that may arise.
    • Track the lifecycle of different innovation projects in progress and flag when things aren’t going according to plan.

    Qualifications


    Skills/Requirements

    • Must be highly proficient in MS Suite; PowerPoint, and Excel (to include pivot tables) along with other Microsoft Suite of products
    • Be familiar with Smartsheet
    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject
    • 5 years of experience
    • Federal consulting experience a plus
    • Must be flexible and show adaptability
