All about the role:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive digitization and simplification efforts, as we strive to stay at the forefront of our industry. As the Lead Systems Analyst for EDI solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping our EDI strategy, managing projects, onboarding new customers and trading partners, and continually improving our processes.
Working with cross-functional teams across the globe, you'll have the chance to apply your broad experience, business acumen, and passion for EDI and IT technologies. In a highly agile and thriving work environment, you'll take ownership of the EDI projects, drive continuous improvements, and ensure the successful implementation of new and existing EDI solutions.
What you'll do:
Be a proven change leader, with the drive and enthusiasm to revolutionize the way an organization can build and utilize their B2B EDI capability.
Lead EDI onboarding, Production support, EDI monitoring, maintaining and providing support to all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) issues.
Work with EDI vendor development teams to validate, test, implement, and maintain EDI transactions.
Participate in the functional analysis, Incident and change management activities suggesting recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate with both onshore and remote development teams.
Validate and support end-to-end testing of developed EDI solutions with backend applications.
Ensure that the development follows architectural and development standards and objectives.
Coordinate with trading partners to maintain effective EDI relationships
Participate in the Change Management Process, providing insights regarding the consequences of changes, and supporting the completion of approved changes.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
5 years of delivering Enterprise class EDI solutions, preferably in retail and/or manufacturing sector.
Expertise in any standard B2B EDI Translators (IBM Sterling Integrator, Gentran, Seeburger, Axway Integrator)
Experience working with SAP IDOCS, XML, flat-files translation
Experience working with ANSI X12 is required, in particular ANSI X12 order to cash EDI transaction types
Knowledge of EDI Mapping to ERP systems and vice versa
