Healthcare EDI Analyst, Sr. jobs in Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo HR has partnered with a company to find an EDI Coordinator in Henderson, NV. We are seeking an individual with diverse skills in order flow management to act as a liaison between their Henderson, NV location and Sales Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams at their HQ. This role will primarily involve daily tasks such as testing shipping flow setups, including shipping account validation and order label printing, to ensure seamless production transitions and optimal functionality between HQ and Henderson operations.

Responsibilities 

•   Manage electronic order flow and issue resolution for major home brands across DTC, marketplaces, and wholesale channels.

•   Analyze and oversee EDI order flow from origination to fulfillment.

•   Monitor, identify, and resolve order exceptions and issues.

•   Document problems for analysis and future resolution.

•   Assist customer success and coordinate bulk retail orders via EDI.

•   Support onboarding of new EDI trading partners and 3rd party shippers.

•   Create SOP documents as needed for customer processes.

•   Collaborate on ERP/Warehouse/EDI software implementations.

•   Address user concerns and ensure system functionality.

•   Maintain operational EDI infrastructure.

Qualifications

•   EDI experience; Preferred: 3rd party API integration.

•   Preferred: ERP and WHM experience, NetSuite proficiency.

•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

•   Strong problem-solving skills.

•   Proactive in suggesting and implementing process improvements.

•   Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

•   Experience with Walmart, Costco, or major retailers is a plus.

Pay

$65K - $85K Per Year 

Schedule 

Day Shift | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Monday – Friday
