Healthcare EDI Analyst, Sr. jobs in New Orleans, LA

Laborde Products is currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Covington, LA.  In this role you will perform advanced financial analysis work and provide leadership and guidance to a team of financial analysts. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to provide strategic insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and support key decision-making processes.  

In this role, you will:

• Supervise a team of analysts and oversee the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects for the company.
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
• Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis.
• Compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports.
• Provide financial models and forecasting.
• Prepare forecasts and analysis of trends in sales, finance, business conditions and other related areas.
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to executives.
• May perform other duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• High energy with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willing to face complex issues head on, work through challenges, and implement changes to build a stronger organization.
• Strong customer service mentality.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• This position is expected to work eight-hour days, Monday - Friday and may include additional work on nights and weekends as needed to fulfill the job duties.
