The Emergency Service Line Nurse Director will report directly to the CNO. They will be responsible for the clinical, financial and administrative aspects of the Service Line. The Emergency Services RN Director will work directly with the hospital wide leadership team to ensure that organizational values are met as well as maintaining exceptional quality care.

The RN Director will be responsible for overseeing operations of the Emergency Department, mentoring staff, educational programs, and collaborating with the hospital-wide leadership team. Requirements include NE state nursing license, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 5 years of clinical experience required and 2 years of leadership experience in the ED.
