Healthcare Service Line Director develops and manages all functions within a specific service line e.g., oncology, cardiac, women's, orthopedics. Establishes effective strategies for programs, product/service line, and physician integration and resource utilizations with the goal of increasing service line growth, efficiency, and patient experience. Being a Healthcare Service Line Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Healthcare Service Line Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Healthcare Service Line Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success and specialization in directing efforts in the following areas: 

    • Working on cloud platform and solutions in infrastructure, Applications or Data technologies (GCP, AWS & Azure); 
    • Designing and developing large scale data solutions using GCP services like DataProc, Dataflow, Cloud Bigtable, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Data Fusion, Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions, Cloud storage, Compute Engine, Looker and Cloud IAM; 
    • Serving as a practice and team leader including enabling teams to generate a vision; establishing direction and motivating members; creating an atmosphere of trust; leveraging diverse views; coaching staff, encouraging improvement and innovation; and, leading by example, while working collaboratively as a member of a team and executing independently; 
    • Demonstrating proven knowledge related to Cloud Management Platforms, Virtualization Strategies, Automation and Orchestration Strategies, Public Cloud Platforms, Cloud Capacity/Performance Optimization, and Application Migrations to a Cloud Platform with a clear understanding of how an IT organization capitalizes upon technology to enable the business; 
    • Working knowledge and skills in cloud container services (e.g. GKE, EKS, AKS), storage services (e.g. EBS), and database services (e.g. RDS); digital or infrastructure deployments that includes managing projects related to highly virtualized solutions, digital convergence, outsourcing or systems integrations, network engineering, and cybersecurity; 
    • Defining cloud adoption strategy and transformation roadmap for large scale enterprise clients; 
    • Designing, architecting, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on leading Cloud platforms Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Azure; 
    • Defining cloud operating model and managing cloud operations leveraging SRE; 
    • Utilizing experience with event driven architecture and serverless technologies like Cloud functions, Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, Azure functions, etc; 
    • Demonstrating proven knowledge in data management with an understanding of analytics and reporting; 
    • Leveraging experience in database management, migration, and transformation to cloud native DBs like Cloud SQL, Spanner, AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, etc.; 
    • Understanding of emerging technologies and latest cloud providers (GCP, Azure & AWS) services & solutions; and, 
    • Using an analytical and data driven approach to drive a thorough understanding of fast changing business.
