Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced System Director in our Healthcare Division.
Candidates MUST have a solid background as a Director in Hospital Dining Services to include Cafe, Retail Sales, Coffee Shop, Catering, and Patient Dining Services. This is a multi-site position including 2 rehabilitation hospitals and 3 Senior living sites.
In an acute hospital, multi facility setting, system setting, the System Director’s primary role is to serve as a Leader and Support Resource to General Managers, Food Service Culinary and Operations Managers and Team Members, while balancing the needs and goals of our Client-Partners and collective business goals.
The Leadership role is a broad, encompassing responsibility of growth of sales, profits, and Team Member excellence in the Director is operating area. The System Director is expected to model our company's values, vision and culture. There are several key success indicators: sales growth, consistent profitability commensurate with the sales levels, operating conditions and the retention of our most valued stakeholders.
