Montgomery Heavy Equipment is seeking a motivated and energetic full-time Inside and Outside Sales in heavy equipment sales and rentals (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.), with a salary plus commission depending on experience.
Assist clients through the turnkey process over the phone and in person for sales or rentals on our heavy equipment inventory. As an Inside or Outside Sales you should be able to build instant rapport, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:
· Rental and Sales of construction equipment.
· Sourcing new sales opportunities.
· Identify prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
· Ability to understand client needs and requirements.
· Provide excellent phone and email communication to clients.
· Maintain existing accounts,
· Obtaining new customer records and details and keep customer data base up to date.
· Work together with management analyzing result reports, call reports, weekly goals, and monthly sales.
· Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Experience:
Sales in the Construction industry : 2 years (Preferred)
