Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to perform various tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate different types of equipment.

Duties:
- Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, asphalt paver, asphalt roller, and skid steer
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Skills:
- Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
