Being a Heavy Equipment Operator identifies and addresses potential hazards and adheres to all safety protocols and regulations. May be responsible for scheduling minor repairs and conducting routine maintenance like cleaning and lubricating. Additionally, Heavy Equipment Operator requires a high school diploma. Knowledge/ Skills:
This position requires advanced ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment and drive tractor-trailer combinations. Operators must be very aware of safety issues and have the ability to work in a team environment.
