Help Desk Manager manages the staff and operations of an organization's technical help desk. Ensures team members are trained and coached on effective methods to research, troubleshoot, deliver solutions, and access the current product or technical updates. Being a Help Desk Manager trains the team on the help desk systems and tools to identify, document, track, and resolve reported problems. Identifies and gathers key metrics to analyze the help desk performance and identify problem areas. Additionally, Help Desk Manager monitors and measures service metrics and volume to develop standards, improvements, or changes to workflows and resource allocation. Acts as an escalation point and facilitator for severe, critical, or unique issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Help Desk Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Front Desk Associate : Weekday afternoons - Richland, WA
Shift details : Monday-Thursday 2pm-6pm
The Front Desk Membership Specialist will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties.
As a Membership Specialist you will also have the opportunity to assist members with signing up. This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent time management skills, ability to work alone and with other team members, excellent customer service skills, the ability to stand throughout the shift, lift heavy objects and communicate effectively with both staff and members.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures and computer skills required.
This shift is a part-time position with plenty of opportunity to pick up extra hours!
Current CPR and Food Handlers Certification is required.
