Help Desk Manager manages the staff and operations of an organization's technical help desk. Ensures team members are trained and coached on effective methods to research, troubleshoot, deliver solutions, and access the current product or technical updates. Being a Help Desk Manager trains the team on the help desk systems and tools to identify, document, track, and resolve reported problems. Identifies and gathers key metrics to analyze the help desk performance and identify problem areas. Additionally, Help Desk Manager monitors and measures service metrics and volume to develop standards, improvements, or changes to workflows and resource allocation. Acts as an escalation point and facilitator for severe, critical, or unique issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. A hotel Maintenance Technician has to perform various tasks like general, preventive, and emergency maintenance of the hotel. Generally, hotel maintenance is done in restaurants, front desk, rooms, parking, lobbies, casino, restrooms and elevators of a hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be able to possess a valid Driver’s License.
· This position is required to have some knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, heating, air-conditioning, exhaust fans, cooling towers, chillers and boilers.
· This position requires the ability to perform repairs to the equipment in the hotel, kitchen and laundry areas as well as maintaining the swimming pools to meet health code requirements and general landscaping.
· This position must possess the ability to operate power tools and equipment following proper safety requirements
· The employee will be required to have good writing skills, communication skills and customer relations.
· The employee, at times, will be in direct contact with our guests and must be polite and courteous at all times.
WORKING CONDITIONS: This position typically works varied shifts, including weekend, holidays and overtime. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Dress attire is provided uniform;
