Help Desk Supervisor jobs in Billings, MT

Walk In Chiropractic is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of our two Billings locations. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including front desk work, staff supervision, patient interaction, and overall office organization. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

• Greet and welcome patients in-person and over the phone.
• Schedule and re-schedule appointments.
• Manage filing and check patients in and out.

Office Organization:

• Oversee general office organization to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Supervise and schedule up to 5 staff members.
• Conduct initial and refresher training for front desk staff.

Customer Service:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Resolve patient issues promptly and effectively.

Flexibility and Motivation:

• Work flexible days and hours to accommodate the clinic's needs.
• Demonstrate a highly motivated and positive attitude.

Staff Management:

• Hire, issue warnings, and terminate staff if necessary.
• Conduct initial training and provide ongoing support.

Sales:

• Sell memberships and packages to clients.

Requirements:

• 3 years of office management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Computer proficiency with attention to detail.
• Cheerful, helpful, and caring disposition.
• Dependable and able to work 35-40 hours per week.
• Availability on Saturdays is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
