Help Desk Supervisor supervises the staff and the day-to-day operations of an organization's technical help desk. Supports and coaches team members on effective methods to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions. Being a Help Desk Supervisor trains the team on the help desk systems, processes, tools, and procedures required to document, track, and resolve reported problems and to meet operational service levels and standards. Ensures the latest product/technical updates and policies are available and communicated to the team. Additionally, Help Desk Supervisor monitors request queue and tracks key metrics to ensure sufficient coverage and achievement of service standards. Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. Acts as the escalation point for critical issues and facilitates a final resolution. May require a bachelor's degree. Front Desk Associate : Weekday afternoons - Richland, WA
Shift details : Monday-Thursday 2pm-6pm
The Front Desk Membership Specialist will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties.
As a Membership Specialist you will also have the opportunity to assist members with signing up. This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent time management skills, ability to work alone and with other team members, excellent customer service skills, the ability to stand throughout the shift, lift heavy objects and communicate effectively with both staff and members.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures and computer skills required.
This shift is a part-time position with plenty of opportunity to pick up extra hours!
Current CPR and Food Handlers Certification is required.
