Help Desk Supervisor supervises the staff and the day-to-day operations of an organization's technical help desk. Supports and coaches team members on effective methods to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions. Being a Help Desk Supervisor trains the team on the help desk systems, processes, tools, and procedures required to document, track, and resolve reported problems and to meet operational service levels and standards. Ensures the latest product/technical updates and policies are available and communicated to the team. Additionally, Help Desk Supervisor monitors request queue and tracks key metrics to ensure sufficient coverage and achievement of service standards. Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. Acts as the escalation point for critical issues and facilitates a final resolution. May require a bachelor's degree. A hotel Maintenance Technician has to perform various tasks like general, preventive, and emergency maintenance of the hotel. Generally, hotel maintenance is done in restaurants, front desk, rooms, parking, lobbies, casino, restrooms and elevators of a hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be able to possess a valid Driver’s License.
· This position is required to have some knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, heating, air-conditioning, exhaust fans, cooling towers, chillers and boilers.
· This position requires the ability to perform repairs to the equipment in the hotel, kitchen and laundry areas as well as maintaining the swimming pools to meet health code requirements and general landscaping.
· This position must possess the ability to operate power tools and equipment following proper safety requirements
· The employee will be required to have good writing skills, communication skills and customer relations.
· The employee, at times, will be in direct contact with our guests and must be polite and courteous at all times.
WORKING CONDITIONS: This position typically works varied shifts, including weekend, holidays and overtime. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Dress attire is provided uniform;
