Help Desk Support, Sr. responds to end-user requests for technical assistance by phone, email, or ticketing system. Troubleshoots and resolves basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues. Being a Help Desk Support, Sr. uses established processes and procedures to document, track, and resolve reported problems and to meet operational service levels and standards. Utilizes product information or solution database to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions. Additionally, Help Desk Support, Sr. advises users on the methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues and provides documentation as needed. Escalates problems to appropriate levels or teams to achieve issue resolution. May support installs or upgrades of software or devices, set up user profiles, or re-set passwords. Fulfills all service level standards for response time and quality. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Help Desk Support, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     We are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Westchester, OH

    Position Summary and Special Duties:
    The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for deploying, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop and laptop systems.     As a (an) Technical Support Analyst your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Support all PC workstations throughout the organization and provide technical support to the user community.
    • Lead PC replacement plan project for local division(s)
    • Support local telephone and voicemail system.
    • Daily maintenance and problem resolution via Corporate Helpdesk, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration.
    • Participate in key projects related to security, OS upgrades, active directory, and other network/data center improvements in compliance with IT security standards and policies.
    • Able to assess current needs and requirements and develop roadmap for solution(s).
    • Support the end user with Office 365 & MFA application(s).
    • Create / Disable Active Directory accounts and e-Mail accounts, assist with e-Mail on mobile devices.
    • Build relationships with internal customers, become knowledgeable of divisional projects, and assist with developing plans to address future project and IT-based business needs.
    • Support all PC workstations throughout the organization and provide technical support to the user community.
    • Support local telephone and voicemail system.
    • Actively participate in all site teams and activities including Zone Leadership, corporate audits, self-audits, and BES/continuous improvement events.
    • Responsible for providing user training for inexperienced users, maintaining network security, and performing updates.
    • Manage network of approximately 120 computers and 35-40 networked and stand-alone printers.
    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of experience in Level 1 & 2 technical support role.
    • Experience in Office 365 & MFA application and operation.
    • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
    • Initiative-taking and directed, keen mindfulness and customer service orientation. Project management, research, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are critical.
    • Strong Collaborator and ability to work in a fast – paced deadline driven environment.
    • Previous responsibility for providing customer support.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Experience with relational databases, project management, and JBA or other AS 400 based system.
    Education Requirements:
    • Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent in work experience required.
    • CompTIA A Service or Network certifications or the equivalent in work experience required.
