We are looking for a Project Manager that will take on various leadership duties here at Mason Equity. The ideal candidate will oversee all the repairs, installations and upkeep of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Prepare for construction and maintenance projects
• Maintain good relationships with contractors and vendors and negotiate contracts
• Make sure projects stay on track with the expected timelines and budgets
• Keep track of all materials purchased for projects
• Train and supervise employees within the department
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
• Ensure that all of the premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition
• Implement workplace safety policies and standards

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Facility Management, Administration, or any related field
• Minimum experience of 5 years in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to operate motorized vehicles.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
