Helper- Brick and Stone Mason prepares and lays brick, concrete block, tile, marble, and related materials using chisels, hammers, trowels, and other hand tools and implements. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Helper- Brick and Stone Mason may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Helper- Brick and Stone Mason relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Special Instructions
Performs a variety of general cleaning and service duties as dictated by department needs. Responsible for assisting in all food production as directed while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and cafeteria area.
May assist in storing staple goods and other supplies. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Work Experience :
Dietary experience preferred but not required.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
Strong customer service skills and ability to learn and retain training to allow them to work independently on a daily basis with minimal supervision.
